Program Management (PM) Services:

Build programs typically involve multiple projects being designed and constructed over a defined timeframe and often involve projects across nationwide and international boundaries.

Although PM Services are developed in a custom manner for a given Program, the activities may include:

  • Coordination across all ongoing and future projects to ensure a holistic / global perspective

  • Interface with Owner including centralized communication

  • General management of CM Services, AE Services, contractors, and vendors

  • Monitor and report on the overall status of the program

  • Management of Owner interface documents (e.g. Owner’s Program Requirements or OPRs)

  • Overall project implementation strategy (including contracts, etc.)

  • Check and balance (e.g. verify and validate information submitted by CM Services, AE Services, contractors, vendors)

  • Program level financial processes and management (e.g. costs, budgets, payment requisitions, financial performance)

  • Long term capacity planning and scheduling including monitoring and validation on a regular basis
