DLB Eatontown New Jersey Headquarters

We designed DLB's headquarters in Eatontown, New Jersey, from the ground up to create an environment that is truly optimized for successful ideation, communication, production and the pursuit of excellence. For this project, DLB was its own client, inspiring innovation and tremendous attention to detail to engineer a space where collaboration occurs without barriers, communication flows effortlessly, high productivity prevails as our standard mode of operation and innovation springs forth daily.

Our 70,000 square foot headquarters showcases:

• 21 meeting rooms with video conferencing capabilities.
• Restaurant-grade kitchen equipment.
• Four common areas seating 100 people, including an indoor/outdoor atrium, two lounges and eight cafés.
• Professional gymnasium featuring Cybex fitness equipment, individual private showers and lockers.
• 100-person auditorium.
• Two training classrooms with capacity for 36 people locally and additional people via video conferencing.
• An integral 930 square foot data center featuring VMWare virtualization and over 50 TB of storage.
