Design Team Leader
As a Prime Professional, we will assemble and lead what we believe to be the optimum design team for a given project and client. This decision will be based on multiple variables, such as the clients' preferences and emphasis for the specific project (e.g. speed to market, creativeness of design, knowledge of technology, industry experience, etc.).
Client's Liaison
As the direct and singular point of contact for the client, dlb fully understands and accepts that the Prime Professional is both responsible and accountable for the success of a project, and that success is determined by assessing whether the project met the client's needs and goals.
Design / Construction Experience
DLB Associates possesses decades of experience in all aspects of the design and construction process, which allow us to work proficiently amongst all trades and disciplines and to maintain a focus on the overall goals.
Proactive Resolutions
When a specific project decision has to be made, dlb will seek to educate the client regarding all of the associated advantages and disadvantages that accompany the recommendations. Through our broad based foundation of engineering knowledge, dlb can anticipate any potential pitfalls and ramifications as a result of that decision, and prevent those situations from becoming future problems.
Problem Solving
When a conflicting issue is raised, dlb will expedite the dissection, analysis, and resolution of the issue in order to prevent any negative impact on the project goals.
