There are 3 basic professional services provided by dlb:
Includes global / holistic management of entire build programs including development of the Owners Program Requirements (OPRs), Program wide cost and schedule tracking / reporting and ensuring the Program philosophies, concepts, and lessons learned are consistently applied across all projects within the build program.
Also includes general management of the activities associated with each project within a given build program including coordination of AE and CM Services.
AE Services are split into two main categories:
- AE Program Services – linked to and as an extension of the PM Services, this encompasses global / holistic services such as establishing quantifiable design criteria from the OPRs, development and ongoing maintenance of a prototype, R&D and operational help desk / support for the Program.
- AE Project Services – specific design services for individual projects. Primary liaison with CM Services to facilitate the implementation of the design.
Includes project and site specific implementation of the AE Services’ design. CM Services personnel are onsite throughout the construction phases and are responsible for selection, coordination and management of onsite construction personnel (prime contractors).
CM Services are also the primary onsite liaison between AE Services and the onsite construction personnel.
